This home was built 14 years ago! Tom and Edna are very environmentally conscious and before it became popular (net zero), they did everything to their home they could at the time to make their house more green and energy efficient for example solar panels, green roof, local materials etc. Some of my favourite features are the ceiling height, stair glass landing, wall to wall windows, art and all the picturesque backdrop out every window.
I love how there is no home like this one! It has an eclectic/modern style, which includes pieces that they have collected from all over the world!

Ted and Katy built this beautiful modern masterpiece on Georgian Bay a few years ago! They used Houzz for inspiration and designed their home themselves! They had a fantastic Father/Daughter team building their home - Absolute Craftsman! This home is a perfect blend of warm, inviting design and modern living! Ted has shared some amazing tips for building a modern home!

Timberworx Custom Homes at Heritage Lake Estates!

Eve Claxton and Shawn Marsh are a husband and wife team and have built a legacy in the building industry in Canada. Their homes are simple spectacular. Eve Designs and sells the homes and Shawn builds them, they are the top power couple in the industry and have won countless national awards. The below video is an example of one of their smaller homes, the attention to detail is always impeccable.
