Establish your affordable price range by being pre-qualified before your home search begins.

Start the home search based off your price range. Explore your ideal neighbourhoods and must have features of a home. Meghan will help guide you through this step by sending you listing before or as soon as the home hits the market. Shows you properties privatley for the real feeling of the home versus fighting your way through an open house. She also assists on what you love or hate about a house and plays devil's advocate to ensure you are choosing the right home for you.

Once you find the right home, Meghan will prepare an offer which will include everything that is important to you. She will provide comparable properties within a close proximity to ensure you are confident and comfortable moving forward and will negotiate the best possible price. Deposit cheques will accompany the offer when it is presented.

05.

Your offer is accepted. If it has conditions such as a home inspection or financing, Meghan will assist on getting the necessary conditions fulfilled, by recommending and booking a home inspector and referring you to mortgage professionals. She will also take care of all the necessary paperwork to assist having the deal firm.

06.

Once the deal is firm. All the paperwork will be sent to your lawyers to help close your home.

07.

Some expenses to think about when buying a home: land transfer tax, moving costs, home inspection, appraisal fees, insurance, and legal fees.
